Refund and Returns Policy

At Medrosite Electronics, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality tech products with speed, reliability, and care. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we provide flexible options to ensure customer satisfaction within the boundaries of our policy.

Policy Overview

We do not refund payments once a purchase is completed. However, we understand that customers may occasionally wish to switch to a different product—especially if they discover a more beneficial option shortly after purchase. In such cases, we offer an alternative sale arrangement under the following conditions:

  • The item must remain sealed and unboxed.
  • The request must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

After 12 hours, the item is considered final and cannot be exchanged unless covered under warranty.

Alternative Sale Option

If you decide to exchange your purchased item for another product:

  • If the new item is of equal value, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the balance to you.

This option is only available before the original item is opened or used. Once the packaging is broken, the product is considered sold and cannot be exchanged unless covered under warranty.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Medrosite Electronics include a 6-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault within this period:

  • We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or resolution in accordance with the warranty terms.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects or technical faults.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Delivery & Handling

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our facility. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure safe arrival. Medrosite Electronics is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
